About the role

  • Job Title: Data Science Tester Job Location: Charlotte, NC (ONSITE) Job Type: Full-Time Job Description: Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Minimum Qualifications • Strong SQL experience (Oracle preferred): joins, window functions, CTEs, and performance aware analytical queries. • MongoDB experience, including aggregation pipelines and understanding
  • schema tradeoffs in document- based systems. • Hands-on Power BI experience: data models, DAX fundamentals, refresh behavior, and metric validation. • Solid grounding in statistical reasoning for analytics: distributions, aggregation effects, segmentation, bias detection, and trend interpretation. • Experience working within an SDLC and analytics delivery

Requirements

  • Experience with large-scale enterprise analytics or developer productivity metrics.
  • Familiarity with BI semantic modeling (star/snowflake, measures vs. dimensions).

Compensation

  • $100k-$120k
