Position Overview The Senior Managing Consultant will serve as a high-level recruiting and business development professional responsible for managing client relationships, identifying top-tier talent, and driving revenue growth.
Source, identify, recruit, and evaluate highly qualified professionals for executive, management, and specialized positions.
Conduct in-depth candidate interviews, assessments, and reference checks.

Executive Search & Recruiting Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client intake through offer acceptance and onboarding.
Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Deliver market intelligence, compensation trends, and workforce insights to clients.
Develop strategic recruiting plans aligned with client growth initiatives.
Leadership & Team Development Mentor and support junior recruiters and recruiting coordinators.
Assist leadership in developing recruiting strategies and operational improvements.

This role is ideal for a proven recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, consultative environment and enjoys building long-term partnerships with both clients and candidates.

5+ years of experience in executive search, professional recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition.
Proven success managing full-cycle recruiting processes.
Prior experience in an agency recruiting or executive search environment.
Experience mentoring or leading recruiting teams.
Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Qualifications Required 5+ years of experience in executive search, professional recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition.

Preferred Experience recruiting within Construction, Real Estate, Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Professional Services sectors.
