Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant real estate experience in acquisitions, dispositions, asset management, or related roles, with a demonstrated understanding of local real estate markets and a strong track record of performance.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership experience with strategic oversight and team management.
- Frequently required to sit, talk, and hear.
- Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities.
- Industry Relationships: Existing relationships are helpful
- ability to manage transaction pipelines.
- Work Ethic: Strong work ethic, motivated by team and company success.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum Requirements:
- BA or BS in business administration, finance, management, real estate, or related field.
