About the role
- As we scale rapidly and onboard new clients, we're seeking a Product Delivery Manager who can operate at the intersection of people, process, and AI to keep delivery tight across a high-volume book of business.
- You are the bridge between clients and our team, responsible for shipping work on time, on spec, and at a quality level that keeps clients retained.
Responsibilities
- Manage delivery across approximately 20 concurrent accounts, maintaining a 5 to 10 feature per week cadence per client
- Own capacity planning and resource allocation across a shared team of designers and developers. Real resource math, not just task lists
- Build trust through specific, proactive client communication that demonstrates command of their product and priorities
- Use AI tools (Claude, Fireflies, internal Tempo tooling) as core parts of your workflow to manage context, draft documentation, synthesize meetings, and flag risks at scale
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage handoffs, and keep stakeholders aligned at every stage
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and clients simultaneously
Requirements
- New grad or up to 2 years of experience in product delivery, project management, or client-facing product roles
- Experience with AI agent development or AI-powered products

Nice to have
- Degree in business or related field.
- Minor or dual degree in engineering/computer science or related field preferred
Skills
- Oversee QA and feedback loops to ensure quality standards before release
- Identify where AI can replace manual process and propose those improvements
