About the role
- This role provides exposure to institutional capital markets activities and offers an immediate path toward becoming a fully licensed Sales Trader.
Responsibilities
- Trading & Market Support
- Support the execution of client trades across designated MBS and Whole Loan asset classes
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with institutional clients
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and communications.
- Operational Support
- Support process improvement initiatives across the trading platform
- Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Business, or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Nice to have
- Bloomberg, FactSet, Refinitiv, or similar market data experience preferred but not required
- Knowledge of fixed income
- SIE designation completed or willingness to obtain promptly upon hire
- Licensing Requirements:
- Candidate must be willing and able to obtain required securities licenses, including within established firm timelines following hire:
- Securities Industry Essentials (SIE)
