About the role

  • This role provides exposure to institutional capital markets activities and offers an immediate path toward becoming a fully licensed Sales Trader.

Responsibilities

  • Trading & Market Support
  • Support the execution of client trades across designated MBS and Whole Loan asset classes
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with institutional clients
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and communications.
  • Operational Support
  • Support process improvement initiatives across the trading platform
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Business, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Nice to have

  • Bloomberg, FactSet, Refinitiv, or similar market data experience preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of fixed income
  • SIE designation completed or willingness to obtain promptly upon hire
  • Licensing Requirements:
  • Candidate must be willing and able to obtain required securities licenses, including within established firm timelines following hire:
  • Securities Industry Essentials (SIE)
