About the role
- As a Housekeeper, you are responsible for ensuring all assigned interior community spaces are maintained in a clean, sanitary, and welcoming condition.
- Clean interior community spaces including offices, fitness centers, community rooms, laundry rooms, restrooms, hallways, and other assigned areas.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure storage areas are neat, safe, and in proper working condition.

- Previous housekeeping, custodial, or janitorial experience preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and sanitation.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning methods, chemicals, and equipment (or willingness to learn).
- Ability to communicate effectively and courteously with residents, guests, and team members.
