About the role
- As an Overnight Steward, you will play a vital behind-the-scenes role in maintaining a clean, organized, and fully operational kitchen.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen equipment, dishware, and workspaces
- Operate and maintain dishwashing machinery and cleaning systems
- Maintain organized storage areas and proper chemical handling
- Support overnight operations and communicate effectively with team members
- Remove waste and maintain a safe, hygienic working environment

Requirements
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks, including standing, lifting, and bending
Nice to have
- Previous kitchen or stewarding experience preferred
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
