  • You'll support proposal and statement of qualifications (SOQ) development, interview preparation, client events and conferences, and award submissions.
  • You'll work closely with technical staff and marketers to develop, refine, and apply content that supports pursuit goals and reflects Olsson's brand voice.
  • Develop marketing content for SOQs, proposals, interview presentations, and award submissions, following firm standards and brand guidelines.
  • Organize technical content into clear, well‑structured narratives that support pursuit strategy and evaluator priorities.
  • Develop high-quality proposals within branded InDesign templates, maintaining layout consistency, visual hierarchy, and brand voice.

Requirements

  • We have two openings and will only consider candidates interested in being located out of our Lincoln, NE or Denver, CO office locations. This role offers a flexible hybrid schedule.

Compensation

  • Actual compensation will vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, geographic location, skills, education, and internal equity.

  • At least three years of architecture, engineering, and/or construction or related industry experience in a content‑driven or marketing environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe InDesign.
  • Knowledge of AP style and strong attention to detail.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to work independently while collaborating with others.
