- Daikin Applied is seeking a Service Coordinator in the Washington DC area office!
- Follow up with customer to ensure that payment has been received - Coordinate warranty administration process.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate job start-ups and maintain communication with customer regarding scheduling for the start-up and follow-up on jobs in progress/completed
- Perform local office AP/AR functions. Follow up with customer to ensure that payment has been received
- Enter all information and maintains information into Astea Alliance including work orders, new customer information, and technician hours for billing purposes

Requirements
- 2+ years related experience in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) service field
- Experience with Astea Alliance or other service tracking software
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- The ability to make an impact and shape your career with a company that is passionate about growth
Nice to have
- Bachelors Degree (preferred)
- Experience in Boiler or installation service (preferred)
Compensation
- The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls.
