- Qualifications Required Experience · 8+ years of experience managing enterprise cloud or technology programs, preferably within AWS, consulting, or MSP environments. · Proven success delivering complex AWS initiatives, including cloud migrations, modernization, or AI/ML-driven projects. · Strong background in client relationship management and executive-level communication. · Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with cross-functional teams. · Experience with cloud delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, hybrid) and program governance. · Financial literacy and experience managing budgets, forecasts, and profitability metrics.
- Technical & Business Requirements · Solid understanding of AWS core services, cloud architecture principles, and modernization strategies. · Ability to connect technology outcomes to business value and strategic objectives. · Familiarity with FinOps practices and AWS Well-Architected Framework. · AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner required; AWS Solutions Architect Associate or higher preferred. · Comfortable working closely with technical delivery teams and AWS field organizations.

- Preferred Qualifications · PMP, PgMP, or Agile (Scrum Master / SAFe) certification. · Prior experience within AWS Partner Network (APN) organizations or AWS Professional Services. · Exposure to enterprise AI/ML, analytics, or data platform modernization initiatives. · Familiarity with CRM and pipeline management tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
