Supervisor, Assembly Monday - Thursday, 4:45 AM to 3:15 PM Starting Base Salary Range of $80,000 to $105,000 (DOE) Applications accepted through July 27th For over 100 years, we've manufactured high-quality products right here in the USA.
We still operate out of our Oregon-based factory to this day, producing innovative, battle-proven optics for the world's most relentless hunters, shooters, law enforcement officers, and military personnel.

Leads a team of Assembly Team Members to consistently meet expectations for safety, quality, efficiency, and profitability in a high-rate cleanroom production environment.
Provides daily general direction to Assembly team members to ensure proper priority and support is given to meet production requirements.
Supervises, mentors, and develops assigned employees.
Maintains a positive team environment and champions and promotes the Skills Development Program (SDP).
Manages and reports on various KPI (Key Performance Indicators).
Coordinates with departmental Supervisors and staff to ensure that proper amounts of operational supplies and resources are available to support the production schedule.
Manager's staff to assist in problem solving, continuous improvement, special projects and the support of managerial priorities.
Regardless of the product, whether it's a red dot or a riflescope, we design and manufacture it with one goal in mind-to ensure it performs for life.

Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.
Placement is contingent on Leupold & Stevens, Inc.'s ability to apply for and obtain an export control license on your behalf.

An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
Flexible work style.
Ability to balance shifting priorities, demands, and timelines when necessary.
Familiarity with Lean Production concepts and Cleanroom Environments is a plus.
