Responsibilities
- Partner with product to design self-serve customer experiences, defining the technical direction and leading your team to deliver measurable outcomes.
- Guide architectural decisions and drive system-level thinking to ensure the scalability, resilience, and maintainability of our software systems.
- Partner with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams to define roadmaps, set the direction, and drive customer and business impact for your team's products and features.
- Ensure operational excellence, including support, on-call rotations, deployments, and incident management, embracing a "you build it, you run it" philosophy.
- Use data to drive decision making for evaluating features and success, prioritization, and identifying future opportunities.
- Collaborate extensively with Product Managers, Insurance Product, Sales, Marketing, Data Science, and other engineering teams to align priorities, ensure visibility of product and engineering initiatives, and incorporate the company's priorities.
