Responsibilities

  • Lead a multi-functional team through the development of new products from concept, manufacturing implementation, and commercial launch.
  • Has responsibility for execution of the project plan and driving decisions to deliver the project on time, within budget, and within scope.
  • Responsible for oversight of the product and tooling design, which includes leading ideation sessions, conducting competitive analysis, documenting design requirements, DFMEA, and lead ing design reviews to ultimately gain team alignment.
  • Lead technical communication with both internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Relevant experience in product development and manufacturing of bottles.
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Knowledge in statistical methods and programs (SPC/DOE/ MiniTab )
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, be a proactive thinker, and be results-oriented
  • Strong organizational skills with proven ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required for data driven decisions
  • Relevant experience in product development and manufacturing of bottles. Experienced in the multi-process such as EBM, SBM, & RHB.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated and assertive individual
  • The starting salary for this position is expected to be between $120,000 to $140,000
  • however, base pay offered may vary within the full salary range $110,200 to $155,000 depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay information is based on national averages and a geographic differential may be applied based on work location. Position may also be eligible for Amcor's Management Incentive Plan / Sales Incentive Plan, which is an annual bonus program based on business and individual performance, as well as medical coverage and other health and welfare benefits. The salary range provided reflects the anticipated base pay for this role at the time of this posting. This range is applicable to positions performed in jurisdictions with pay transparency requirements, including CA, CO, CT, HI, IL, MD, MA, MN, NV, NJ, NY, RI, VT, WA, Washington DC, as well as remote roles that may be performed in these locations. Compensation for roles performed outside of these jurisdictions may vary. The Company reserves the right to modify this range at any time.

Compensation

  • The starting salary for this position is expected to be between $120,000 to $140,000; however, base pay offered may vary within the full salary range $110,200 to $155,000 depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
