About the role
- This role is responsible for accurately identifying vehicle features, confirming trim levels, and uploading key information into our inventory system to ensure every vehicle is properly listed and ready for sale.
Responsibilities
- Copying data from documents into our vehicle inventory system (CarFax information, vehicle specifications, recall information)
Skills
- High proficiency in English - both written and verbal
- Familiar with common and new features found in vehicles sold in Canada
- Previous data entry experience, with a high level of accuracy (Google Docs, Sheets)
- Ability to work in a vehicle production facility environment
- Knowledge on common car brands bought and sold in the Canadian market
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Effective interpersonal communication skills
- Possess a valid/clean driver's licence (G licence preferred)
