About the role
- This role is critical to ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations while delivering an exceptional employee experience across the organization.
- We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive HR/People Operations Specialist to help power the day-to-day operations of our growing team.
- This is a high-impact role at the center of the employee experience-supporting everything from onboarding and lifecycle processes to data, reporting, and cross-functional initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and internal transitions
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity across HR systems
- Support documentation, letters, and HR-related communications
- Coordinate and deliver seamless onboarding experiences for new hires
- Partner with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to ensure successful employee integration
- Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and programs
- Manage and maintain HRIS and other HR/People systems
- Generate reports and dashboards to support People analytics and decision-making
Requirements
- Strong understanding of HR processes and employment practices
- 3-5+ years of experience in HR, People Ops, or a related field
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Experience with HRIS systems and tools (e.g., Justworks, Rippling, Workday, BambooHR, etc.)
- Familiarity with modern recruiting tools and ATS platforms
- Experience supporting global or distributed teams
