About the role
- Lucie Health Marketplace is a new all-in-one storefront that will change how Americans shop for healthcare.
- Lucie connects consumers and brokers to every major individual market plan and a curated menu of ancillary and supplemental products.
- This platform is the enrollment infrastructure that powers the broker, consumer, and employer experiences on Lucie.
Responsibilities
- Partnering closely with stakeholders including cross functional department leaders across the business including Product, Design and Data to define strategy and roadmap.
- Develop operating models for new products in partnership with leadership.
- Mentoring, coaching and providing support to a team of Product Managers.

- As a Group Product Manager you will lead EDE platform product strategy, partnering closely with Engineering, Data, and Design teams while managing a team of product managers.

Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience.
- 2+ years of people management experience.

Compensation
- The base pay for this role is: $180,504.00 - $236,911.50 per year.
- You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program, company equity grants and annual performance bonuses.
- Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience.
