About the role

  • Healthcare is broken at the first step: patients can't find the right care, understand what it costs, or access the medications they need.
  • Over the past few years, we've grown rapidly by combining clinical expertise with technology that actually works for real people, not just hospital systems.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end campaign strategy, execution, and optimization across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax), Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and Reddit
  • Manage and allocate a multi-million dollar paid media budget with a clear focus on CAC, ROAS, LTV, and blended payback periods
  • Build and maintain a structured creative testing framework - briefing UGC, static, and video assets with hypotheses-driven A/B tests
  • Develop channel-level reporting dashboards and surface performance insights to leadership
  • Partner with the data team to build attribution models, audience segmentation, and incrementality testing frameworks
  • Lead audience strategy including lookalikes, retargeting, exclusions, and first-party data activation (CRM, pixel, CAPI)
  • Collaborate with creative, product, and lifecycle teams to align messaging with full-funnel campaigns
  • We believe that face-to-face interaction builds a culture of excellence and allows us to deliver the best outcomes for the patients and providers we serve.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience, with at least 2 years managing a 7-figure monthly budget.
  • Proven track record of scaling DTC, SaaS, or consumer brands with measurable CAC and ROAS improvements
