Responsibilities
- Understand customer needs and make investments in products and features that deliver customer value.
- Lead platform-scale execution working closely with the Engineering, Product, Design, Finance, Operations, Regulatory, and Compliance teams to deliver an highly automated platform that scales globally without compromising reliability or trust.

- In this role, you will be responsible for building and executing the roadmap for the Servicing product.
- The Servicing team manages Adyen's card and transaction auditability, program servicing and dispute management.
- In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Product, Commercial, Design, Engineering, Finance, Operations, Regulatory, and Compliance teams to deliver customer and business outcomes.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in cards or payments products.
- Execution - track record of delivering complex product and platform initiatives at scale.
- Mindset - entrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias toward action and ability to move fast in the midst of ambiguity.
