About the role
- Participate in educational, research, and quality improvement initiatives. *This position will receive structured mentorship and direct access to senior Physical Therapists for career guidance and skill development.

Responsibilities
- Performs a variety of therapy procedures on assigned caseload as directed by the PT.
- Maintain assigned equipment in proper working order.
- Maintains effective communications at all levels; within the work setting and company.
Requirements
- Must be able to use a variety of office equipment.
- Ability to work effectively as a team member with physicians, providers, and other staff.
- Ability to interpret, adapt and apply guidelines and procedures.
- Ability to use good reasoning and judgment and react calmly in emergency situations.
- This position is required in-person.
- Maintain proficiency in physical therapy by attending workshops, conferences and training for required license renewal.
Nice to have
- Preferred individual has at least one year of physical therapy experience.
Skills
- The PTA will have a front row seat to high-level strategy and decision-making in a small clinic setting.
