Responsibilities
- Lead complex cross-functional strategic initiatives that support company priorities, including growth strategies, operating model improvements, business diagnostics, and evaluation of new business opportunities.
- Partner with functional leaders to translate business priorities into actionable plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
- Develop business cases, financial analyses, and executive-level recommendations to support investment, growth, and operational decisions.
- Develop executive-ready presentations, analyses, and communications that enable informed decision-making and drive organizational alignment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Strategic planning processes create alignment across functions and support effective execution of company priorities.
- Successfully lead and deliver multiple high-priority strategic initiatives that achieve agreed-upon objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Develop and implement performance tracking for key strategic priorities, providing regular reporting and actionable recommendations.
- Facilitate corporate development activities and support evaluation of growth opportunities and partnerships through structured analysis, stakeholder coordination, and execution support.
- Experience developing executive-level presentations, business cases, and recommendations.
Requirements

- The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with operational execution and thrives in a fast-paced environment where collaboration, influence, and results matter.
- 1-3 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or a corporate strategy function.
