About the role
- Job Description Kraft Heinz is seeking a Sr.
- Analyst, Customer Data & Analytics to join our Kroger team and play a critical role in supporting our broader sales team.
- This role will champion data literacy across multiple teams, facilitate training, gather feedback for solution improvements, and overall data analytics needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day reporting and coordinate sales analysis and presentation needs
- Ability to learn and manage internal Kraft Heinz systems - Compass
- Review and optimize data communication needs and reporting as needed
- Collaborate with sales and growth managers to integrate qualitative data and provide holistic insights
- Identify opportunities for account teams and develop new ways to use attribution to drive value and speed of insights delivery
- Commercial background and social skills to understand context and drive analytic solutions
Requirements
- Familiarity with Kroger systems
- Ability to analyze large data sets, apply data validation and synthesis methods, and provide key insights
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with Kroger systems - Trade Point, Stratum, M6
- Ability to operate a computer and view screens for the majority of the work schedule
Skills
- Understanding of BI Dashboard tools, preferably Power BI
- Previous experience in the CPG industry or working with Kroger
Compensation
- $89,800.00 - $112,200.00
- The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
