- Job Description WORK TYPE: Onsite LOCATION DETAILS: 5349 W 76th St, Indianapolis, IN 46268 WORK HOURS: Monday - Friday; 9:30pm - 6:00am - Mandatory overtime, which may include some Saturdays and Sundays.
- HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT As a member of the Production/Warehouse team, the Forklift Driver plays a critical role making sure all inventory is accounted for and placed in the most efficient locations for optimizing our distribution flow.
Responsibilities
- Partner with or assist Inventory Control to resolve inventory and order issues
- Assist in slotting changes to optimize picking efficiency and space utilization
Requirements

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for long periods of time (8-10 hours per shift), including standing on moving equipment to perform job functions.
- Repetitive movement of the body is required on a regular basis, including reaching, pushing, pulling, bending, and lifting.
- Must be able to tolerate working in a non-climate-controlled environment.

- Prior WMS (Warehouse Management System) experience
- Ability to work in non-climate-controlled environment
- Ability to work seasonal mandatory OT as needed and maintain excellent attendance

- $15k-$40k
