- The team of four serves approximately two dozen core client families across the United States, with some clients located internationally.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to a Client Advisory Team in the communication and implementation of client investment strategies.
- Prepare and coordinate materials for formal client meetings, attending these meetings to provide support as needed.
- Prepare client documentation: draft letters of instruction, complete account applications, manager agreements, and fund subscription documents, organize supporting documentation, and follow the process through in tandem with the firm's Capital Markets Group.
- Provide additional support in the quarterly reporting process, specifically in reconciling and otherwise reviewing client reports.
- This role supports the firm's Newtown Square, PA office.
- to help clients pursue their Preferred Life - with clarity, confidence, and long-term support across the full landscape of wealth and well-being.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field is required (Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics).
- 3+ years of experience in the financial management industry is required.
- Shows a positive attitude and initiative in all aspects of the position, as well as demonstrates the ability to prioritize tasks in the face of competing demands.
- 1 - 3+ years of experience in the financial management industry is required. CFP is desired.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, and client service skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented and understands time-sensitive issues.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Skill with PC and Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
- Enjoys learning and growing and is motivated to take on new challenges.
- Excellent listening and relationship-building skills, with a genuine interest in traveling to meet clients and participating in events that foster meaningful connections.
- Basic understanding of investments including mutual funds, separately managed accounts, and alternatives.
