The Financial Planning & Strategy (FP&S) team improves strategic decision-making through deep cross-functional partnership, financial and strategic analyses, and domain expertise.

Product Finance Ownership: Own financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis for a portfolio of new and growth products.
Business Partnership: Partner with Product, Engineering, GTM, and Analytics to support roadmap, investment, and operating decisions.
Insights & Recommendations: Deliver clear, data-driven insights on growth, margin, risk, and ROI to inform executive decisions.
AI-Enabled FP&S: Use AI tools to improve planning speed, analysis quality, reporting workflows, and decision support.
Own financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis for a portfolio of new and growth products.
Partner with Product, Engineering, GTM, and Analytics to support roadmap, investment, and operating decisions.
Deliver clear, data-driven insights on growth, margin, risk, and ROI to inform executive decisions.

6-9+ years of experience in strategic finance, product finance, business operations, investment banking, private equity, consulting, or similar analytical roles.
Experience partnering with Product and/or Engineering on roadmap, prioritization, and resource allocation decisions.
High ownership, bias for action, and either experience in, or a desire to, become "AI Native" to improve decision-making
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills across forecasting, scenario analysis, pricing, and investment cases.
Strong business judgment and executive communication
able to turn ambiguity into clear, decision-ready recommendations.
An A-player mindset with a strong bias for action: you raise the bar, move with urgency, stay resilient through ambiguity, and take ownership to deliver meaningful outcomes.

On-target Earnings OR Base Salary range (San Francisco, CA)
$161,000 - $207,900 USD
