The required experience in an accounting occupation must include the following:
5 years of experience in capital project accounting or finance, capital budgeting, and Authorization for Expenditure (AFE) processes.
5 years of experience working with project management software (MS Project or Primavera).
5 years of experience performing data analysis and reporting Including:
5 years of experience working with capital project management and control methodologies, including:

Bachelor's degree or the foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or another closely related field, plus 5 years of progressively responsible experience in an accounting occupation.

Work with various operational departments to develop and manage the annual capital budget, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
Assist in prioritization of capital project selection and implementation.
Work closely with various departments to gather project data and assess the feasibility and financial viability of proposed capital projects.
Calculate and analyze financial metrics such as NPV (Net Present Value), ROI (Return on Investment), and other relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess the economic viability of capital projects.
Provide insights and recommendations based on financial metric analyses to support investment decisions.
Monitor and report on the actual vs. budgeted performance of capital projects and control the monthly and quarterly capital forecasting process.
