About the role

  • You will be responsible for strategizing, concepting, and executing paid ad concepts by leveraging our in-house content team and external network of creators.
  • As a Forward Deployed Creative (FDC), you are responsible for connecting the data to the creative.

Responsibilities

  • Lead ad scripting, paid media content strategy, and creator execution
  • Partner closely with editors to bring ad concepts to life
  • Manage multiple clients and creative projects simultaneously with precision
  • Ability to manage creative production workflows and timelines

Requirements

  • Analytical by nature, with the ability to identify meaningful signals from large datasets and performance trends
  • You have a strong eye for what makes winning creative, while also being analytical and using performance data to inform your strategy and execution.

  • We oversee $100M+ per year in paid media spend and create thousands of human ads each month, with each ad making our system smarter.
  • Competitive compensation ($70,000-$110,000 base salary)
  • Annual team offsites (our last two were in Tulum, Mexico and Hokkaido, Japan)
