About the role
- You will be responsible for strategizing, concepting, and executing paid ad concepts by leveraging our in-house content team and external network of creators.
- As a Forward Deployed Creative (FDC), you are responsible for connecting the data to the creative.
Responsibilities
- Lead ad scripting, paid media content strategy, and creator execution
- Partner closely with editors to bring ad concepts to life
- Manage multiple clients and creative projects simultaneously with precision
- Ability to manage creative production workflows and timelines
Requirements
- Analytical by nature, with the ability to identify meaningful signals from large datasets and performance trends
- You have a strong eye for what makes winning creative, while also being analytical and using performance data to inform your strategy and execution.

- We help category disruptors like Kalshi, ElevenLabs, Babbel, and others scale paid ads by turning creative into a measurable, repeatable growth system.
- We oversee $100M+ per year in paid media spend and create thousands of human ads each month, with each ad making our system smarter.
- Competitive compensation ($70,000-$110,000 base salary)
- Annual team offsites (our last two were in Tulum, Mexico and Hokkaido, Japan)
