Leveraging advanced knowledge and expertise in cyber and risk technology-risk disciplines, you will identify, oversee, and support the mitigation of compliance and operational risks.
You will collaborate with various business, risk and 1st line technology stakeholders across RGA to develop and maintain a comprehensive view of the cyber and technology risk posture and its impact on the business.
Leads the implementation of globally aligned Enterprise IT Risk Management framework standards and policies across the organization.
Regularly engages with risk owners globally to challenge and validate risk assessments and risk treatment decisions.

Base pay varies depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and market location.
In addition, RGA provides an annual bonus plan that includes all roles and some positions are eligible for participation in our long-term equity incentive plan.
