We're excited to grow our team by hiring a Senior Report Specialist who will manage the customization and maintenance of all reporting and labeling solutions within our pharmacy software platform. Responsibilities

  • Partner with the PSM team to design and deliver new label templates ahead of each store's go‐live date
  • Collaborate directly with pharmacies to understand their reporting needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Maintain an organized request‐tracking workflow to ensure timely delivery, transparency, and customer satisfaction
  • Own ongoing maintenance of all reports and labels within the pharmacy software platform using DevExpress reporting tools
  • Partner with the Development team to validate technical feasibility and support implementation of advanced reporting features
  • Build reports that power better pharmacy care!
  • This role combines customer facing collaboration with detailed technical design work, translating real-world pharmacy needs into clear and well-structured reports and labels.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with DevExpress reporting tools (XtraReports or similar)
  • Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications
  • 2+ years of experience in report design, business intelligence, or a product analyst role ideally within the healthcare sector is preferred; relevant experience in the software or pharmacy industries will also be considered
  • Familiarity with pharmacy software and healthcare systems is highly desirable
  • Excellent analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and focus on data accuracy
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across departments
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have

  • relevant experience in the software or pharmacy industries will also be considered
