- Essential Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a closely related technical field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in software or systems engineering roles.

- Strong project management, organizational, and technical problem-solving capabilities.
- Direct experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) workflows.
- Technical background in Control and State Estimation Theory.
