About the role

Join AMEND as a Quality Assurance Analyst to gain hands-on experience supporting our Delivery team.
This role involves auditing delivery metrics, organizing operational documentation, cleaning project data, and assisting with client revenue analysis.

Support creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for delivery metric capture.
Manage and oversee the Operational SharePoint site: gather, organize, and track document artifacts with revision histories.
Perform data cleanup in project management systems (e.g., Kantata), focusing on agreed definitions.
Collect, analyze and clean historical data to support BI reporting comparisons.

Our Quality Assurance Analyst will support delivery operations through data governance, project auditing, and operational oversight.

Pursuit of a degree in Business or a related field
Comfort in using Excel and willingness to learn business intelligence tools (Power BI)
Good communication and ability to work independently with guidance
Ability to build relationships and collaborate with AMEND team members
Basic familiarity or willingness to learn key operational business systems such as Kantata and Sharepoint
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
Detail-focused and able to maintain data accuracy
