About the role

  • Additionally, this role oversees the deployment of efforts related to operational excellence, contract compliance, conversions, utilization, and standardization of supplies, services, and equipment.

Responsibilities

  • This position manages supply chain operations across all facilities, ensuring alignment with system initiatives and overseeing operations such as receiving, logistics, distribution, inventory management, value analysis, and customer service.
  • In addition, this position creates and implements proactive strategies to improve processes, reduce supply and purchased services expenses, and ensure best practices are in place to monitor, control, and identify issues.
  • Additionally, this role builds relationships within the region and at corporate services to promote the delivery of the lowest total cost of supplies, services, and equipment.
  • This position supports clinical, functional, operational, and quality criteria necessary to fulfill the organization's mission.
  • Manages and develops supply chain leaders to ensure continuous operational capability.
  • Directly manages all Supply Chain Directors, Managers, and Clinical Resource Managers within the region.
  • Develops and implements processes to streamline operations and create savings.
  • Builds and manages relationships with regional leadership to ensure supply chain strategies align with financial, functional, and clinical strategies.
  • Provides direction for customer support activities to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • $110,702.15 - $205,911.28 Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law) Certain positions are subject to Florida Level 2 background screening, including fingerprinting, as required by state law.

Compensation
