Responsibilities

  • Training Design Specialist / Instructor Level II.
  • We seek Workplace Empowerment Training Instructor | Workplace Empowerment Training [USARC0012012] candidates with relevant DOD/Military Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for DOD/Military Sector Clients such as USARC.
  • Provide services and support as a Workplace Empowerment Training Instructor [Civilian Training Services] aligned with the Workplace Empowerment Training Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline in the DOD/Military Industry Sector.
  • Participants learn how to foster accountability, strengthen employee ownership, improve engagement, and support professional growth through contemporary leadership and organizational development practices.

Requirements

  • NACI eligibility required
  • Technical Expertise - Applying specialized knowledge, analytical skills, and practical experience to solve complex problems with accuracy.
  • Innovation & Knowledge Sharing (Thought Leadership) - Generating creative solutions, sharing insights, and influencing industry direction through expertise, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Business Tools - understanding and proficiency with business tools and technology, including Microsoft Office.
  • The ideal candidate is advanced with Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Curiosity - the ideal candidate exhibits an inquisitive nature and the ability to question the status quo among a community of people they enjoy and teams that work well together.

Nice to have

  • 5-10+ years professional training, facilitation, instructional delivery, or military/civilian workforce development.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • instructional certifications preferred.
  • Leadership, collaboration, problem solving, communication, adaptability, and customer focus.
