About the role

  • Rockstar is on the lookout for a talented and passionate Senior Workplace Manager.
  • The ideal candidate will provide key management of the studio's day-to-day operation and facilities services.
  • This is a full-time, in-office position based out of Rockstar's development studio in Andover, MA.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day office operations including coordinating repairs and maintenance, food/beverage program, janitorial services, physical security, and space management.
  • Ensure lease obligations are met and building-related issues are addressed effectively.
  • Utilize the internal ticketing system to prioritize requests, coordinate services, and deliver timely resolutions.
  • Mentor and develop Workplace team members while fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture.
  • Lead workplace projects and regional initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with global standards, on-time delivery, and effective stakeholder communication.
  • The Rockstar Workplace Services Team is responsible for ensuring the workplace, building, facilities, and services work harmoniously together to support the core business.
  • We manage and develop a variety of programs and services, including space management, building maintenance, security, cleaning, and project management.
  • We partner with senior leadership to drive efficient practices, sound operational plans, and to standardize the development of programs and services across global regions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in real estate, workplace services, and/or facility management within a corporate office setting.
  • 3+ years of experience leading and developing teams through coaching, communication, performance management, and conflict resolution.
  • An understanding of facility systems (HVAC, lighting, electrical, plumbing) and ability to communicate with trades to assess needs and troubleshoot issues.
  • Experience using work order ticketing systems, project management tools, financial and space management software (such as BMS, Lenel, ServiceNow, Monday.com, OfficeSpace, and Microsoft 365).
  • Familiarity with architectural drawings and construction documentation.
  • Experience managing budgets and financial planning for operational expenses.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and flexibility to work outside of regular business hours as needed.

  • Experience supporting software development and/or creative teams within the video games, film, television and/or music industry.

Compensation

  • The pay range for this position in Andover, Massachusetts at the start of employment is expected to be between the range below* per year.
