About the role

- As a member of CMP, having high energy with a focus on safety, quality, and driving proactive continuous improvement is necessary.
- Interface with process/equipment engineers and fab technicians to audit and evolve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and OCAPs for completeness and correctness.
Responsibilities
- Identify and drive operational improvement projects, using LEAN principles, to streamline or eliminate existing practices. (Multiple Openings)
- Mentoring others on semiconductor fundamentals, AMAT equipment operation, and observability design; 6.
- Documenting common fixes and failing parts to support knowledge transfer across shifts.
- Reviewing Equipment designs; 3.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field and 6 months of experience in Job offered or in a related occupation.
- Troubleshooting semiconductor equipment during final testing by applying technical knowledge of flow controllers and RF, electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic components

- Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience.
Compensation
- The current base salary range for this role is between $82,826 to $102,826.
- Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
