About the role

  • The Child & Family Clinician provides comprehensive, compassionate, and flexible clinical services for new and expectant parents in Garfield, Pitkin, and western Eagle counties, within a community-based behavioral health model.
  • Services are often delivered in the homes of the families we serve.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in therapeutic approaches, adapting techniques and interventions to meet the evolving needs of clients, recognizing that each individual's journey is unique and dynamic.

Responsibilities

  • Clinicians provide individual, family, and group therapy while collaborating on a multidisciplinary care team to support families and children/youth in the community.
  • Complete assessments and evaluations to develop treatment plans tailored to client and family goals.
  • Deliver individual and family interventions to support healthy relationships and address the priorities identified by the family and child/youth, often in the homes of the families we serve.
  • Maintain high standards of documentation, ethics, confidentiality, and cultural sensitivity.

Requirements

  • Licensure: Within one month of employment must obtain a preliminary clinical license.
  • Provisional (LPCC, LSW, LMFTC, etc.)
  • Fully Licensed (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
  • All licenses must stay up to date and valid during employment.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual (Spanish) preferred, depending on location.
  • Other Requirements: Valid driver's license, auto insurance, willingness to travel to homes/communities.
  • Requires living in or near the location of the posting.

  • Openness to ongoing training, supervision, and professional development.
  • Commitment to ensuring confidentiality, HIPAA.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred, depending on location.
  • Education: Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Clinical Psychology, or related field (required).

Compensation

  • $60,000 - $75,000 per year for provisionally licensed staff (LPCC, CSW.
  • $75,000-$85,000 per year for fully licensed staff (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
