About the role
- The Safety Manager will be responsible for ensuring OSHA compliance, promoting a strong safety culture, reducing workplace risks, and supporting day-to-day safety operations.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing, automotive, industrial, or construction environments, possess an OSHA 30 certification, and demonstrate strong leadership in implementing safety programs and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, MIOSHA, and all applicable federal, state, and local safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain company safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain OSHA logs, incident reports, and regulatory documentation.
- Partner with Operations, HR, Maintenance, and Engineering to improve workplace safety and reduce operational risk.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen the organization's safety culture.
Requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- OSHA 30 Certification (Required)
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards.

- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
