Responsibilities
- Analysis - Perform analyses for T&H Plants to proactively identify and communicate yield and production reporting issues.
- Account Analysis - Perform analyses on T&H various spending accounts to proactively identify and communicate spending issues.
- Develop Relationships - Build and maintain collaborative relationships across all units and functional managers for Indy COE Plants responsible to ensure accurate and timely reporting of plant performance.
- Drive cohesive financial strategies while maintaining robust internal controls and compliance.
Requirements
- Exhibits prioritization and organizational skills with the ability to work within deadlines
Nice to have
- SAP Experience preferred
- Manufacturing Experience preferred
Compensation
- As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Ingredion Annual Incentive Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus.
- $69,800.00-$93,066.67 Annual
- This pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
- Final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data and applicable bargaining agreement (if any).
- Incentive Compensation:
- Audit Activities - Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual Sarbanes-Oxley testing.
