About the role
- The Lien and Doc Specialist will obtain information on customer construction projects to facilitate in sending preliminary notices of lien rights.
- The Specialist will track projects payment progress and apply the information to review, mark up, send for legal review and provide lien waivers to customers as requested or needed.
- They will also assist in onboarding new customer accounts, including pulling and reviewing credit information as well as making recommendations.
Requirements
- both oral and written.High Scholl diploma or equivalent GED required
- Ability to read, write and understand work instructions.
- Ability to work with a customer service mindset.
- Associate's degree in accounting or related field.
