About the role
- Following established procedures and best practices, you'll work hands-on with physical hardware in data center environments, conveying technical information with colleagues and clients to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities
- Support data center operations by monitoring environmental conditions and responding to alerts
- Maintain accurate documentation of hardware inventory, configurations, and maintenance activities
Requirements
- To be considered for this role, it's important that you meet all Required Qualifications.
- 2-4 years of experience working with server hardware, data center operations, or related IT infrastructure roles
Nice to have
- CompTIA A+, Server+, or similar hardware certifications
- Experience with Dell, HP, Cisco, or other enterprise hardware platforms
- Familiarity with ITIL practices and ticketing systems
- Basic Linux or Windows server administration knowledge

- As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this role is $49,000 to $69,000 annually based on a full-time schedule.
