About the role
- Identifies, communicates, and integrates quality assurance and quality control functions into SPW project execution throughout the project life cycle.

Responsibilities
- Manages the consistent application of quality processes for Self-Perform Work (SPW), based on established guidelines, to support field execution and alignment with project quality expectations.
- Collaborates and coordinates with craft supervision, project teams, and cross-functional partners to manage quality assurance and quality control functions for self-performed scopes throughout the project life cycle.
- Develops and maintains quality programs and field processes that reinforce a culture of quality for SPW team members, including craft professionals.
- Supports development and training initiatives for SPW team members to promote awareness, understanding, and consistent application of quality processes and associated responsibilities.
- Communicates findings, observations, and recommendations clearly to project stakeholders to support issue resolution and informed decision-making.
- Evaluates SPW field processes and completed work independently to recommend enhancements that strengthen execution consistency and support achievement of customer expectations.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience required.
- Work Experience: 4-6 years of experience in Self-Perform Work (SPW), project management, quality assurance, quality control, or a related field required.

- Certifications and Licenses: American Society for Quality (ASQ) Certified Quality Technician (CQT) certification preferred.
