About the role
- You will work closely with Project Managers and serves as an internal point of coordination between Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, Customer Care, and other supporting departments.
- The position is intended to strengthen project execution while providing a development path toward a full Project Manager role.
Responsibilities
- Project Execution Support
- Support Project Managers with the day-to-day execution of assigned projects.
- Support corrective-action and recovery planning for projects that are behind schedule or at risk.
- Support alignment between customer requirements, internal priorities, and production schedules.
- Maintain accurate project records, schedules, meeting notes, action logs, and status updates.
- Support weekly and biweekly project reviews.
- Support change-order tracking, expedite requests, contract deliverables, and other project-related documentation.
- Customer and Stakeholder Support
- Support Project Managers in preparing customer updates, presentations, and project-review materials.
- Support timely resolution of customer concerns while keeping the Project Manager informed.
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- 1 to 3 years' of relevant experience in project coordination, manufacturing, engineering, operations, customer service, supply chain, or a similar environment.
- Ability to work effectively with technical and nontechnical teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and project-tracking tools.
- Provide clear updates regarding progress, risks, decisions, and required support.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, operations, project management, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in aerospace, defense, nuclear, industrial manufacturing, or another regulated industry is preferred.
- PMP is a plus but not required
Compensation
- $84,700 - $110,000 annually
