Responsibilities
- We've built a proprietary, AI-enabled tech stack and a dedicated support ecosystem (Trading & Operations, Planner Support, and Member Experience) to take the administrative burden off your plate.
- You don't gather onboarding data or execute trades; you build relationships.
- You can build deep connections quickly in a virtual environment.

Requirements
- A Tech Champion: You fully embrace technology and AI-driven tools to enhance your efficiency and the member experience.
- Adaptable & Organized: You are process-oriented but not afraid of the hard work that comes with disrupting a legacy industry.
- CFP® Designation (Required) 3+ years of member-facing financial planning experience.
Nice to have
- Reside in the US (MST or PST time zones preferred).
Skills
- Your Impact & Responsibilities As a Sr.
- Conduct 4-6 virtual member meetings per day, motivating members to take action on recommendations that are in their absolute best interest.
Compensation
- $110k-$130k
Benefits
- $110,000 - $130,000 base salary + bonus determined by the experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant - Please note, our salary ranges are based on current market data.
