About the role
- The Assistant Account Manager works closely with Account Managers and designated mentors to ensure client accounts are serviced accurately and efficiently, in accordance with agency standards.
Responsibilities
- Client Service & Account Support
- Support invoicing activities and premium finance quote requests.
- Administrative & Operational Support
- Maintain accurate records within the Agency Management System (Sagitta).
- Complete policy checklists and support paperless filing initiatives.

Compensation
- Managed PTO for salaried/exempt employees (personal time off without accruals or caps); 22 PTO days starting out for hourly/non-exempt employees; 12 company-observed paid holidays; 4 early-close days
- Compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, training, certifications, education, internal equity, and market data.
