About the role
- Responsible for operating equipment in department safe l y and producing quality products per documentation.
- E nsures compliance with BD quality systems, policies, procedures and best practices, and all local, state, federal and BD safety regulations, policies and procedures.
- Regular, punctual attendance is an essential job function.

Requirements
- In lieu of High School diploma/GED, two years manufacturing experience is required
- Willingness and ability to train others - Proficient
Nice to have
- Achieve production rate and quality goals on assigned equipment
- Facilitate continuous operation of the equipment through breaks
- M aintain all quality and GMP standards
- May require the use of 10x microscope, calipers, and/or other miscellaneous gauges
- Participate on blitz teams as assigned
- Other duties as required to support the needs of the business
- High School diploma/GED preferred
