Responsibilities
- Lead daily housekeeping operations, assigning tasks and adjusting workflows to meet guest needs and occupancy demands.
- Partner with the Director of Housekeeping to develop and implement standards that uphold Loews Hotels' brand promise.
- Maintain optimal staffing levels and oversee recruitment, training, and performance management for the housekeeping team.
- Drive operational efficiency through labor management, inventory control, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and a consistently pristine environment.
- Manage vendor relationships for uniforms and laundry services, ensuring quality and timeliness.
- Execute special projects and support property-wide initiatives as assigned.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective operating and control processes designed to attain maximum operating efficiency while ensuring adherence to established guest satisfaction criteria.
- You build strong relationships, coach your team, and foster a culture of accountability and growth.
- In this role, you'll partner with the Director of Housekeeping to implement innovative standards, optimize workflows, and create an environment where both guests and team members feel valued.
Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience required.
- Minimum of three (3) years housekeeping experience in hotel hospitality and minimum of two (2) years housekeeping or guest service leadership required.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time required.
- Ability to work weekends, evening, holidays as necessary/required.

- Previous experience with Opera Property Management System preferred.
