Responsibilities
- Lead the operational transition of the AI Champions program into the AI Accelerators model, supporting updated structure, engagement approach, and participation lifecycle.
- Maintain and update the AI Training Hub, ensuring content relevance, accessibility, and alignment with current AI tools and priorities.
- Track participation, engagement signals, and operational readiness to support program effectiveness and continuous improvement.
- Manage vendor or internal contributors supporting content, events, or tooling as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting AI, data, engineering, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience with project management, including coordinating timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables across cross-functional initiatives.
- Data‑informed mindset with experience using participation or engagement metrics.
- Ability to work effectively across geographically distributed teams.
- Advanced proficiency in using AI tools to enhance day-to-day productivity for communication, research, and content development workflows.

Compensation
- The base pay range for this role is $79,000 - $138,000.

- Coordinate onboarding experiences for new AI Accelerators, including communications, learning pathways, and access to tools and resources.
- Plan and manage ongoing program activities such as learning cohorts, community touchpoints, and continuous enablement sessions.
- Coordinate and support live AI learning and enablement events, including workshops, demos, office hours, and speaker sessions (virtual and/or in‑person).
- Partner with learning, AI platform, change management, and communications teams to ensure consistent messaging and execution.
