Responsibilities
- Build vs. Partner Analysis: Collaborate with Strategy and Product leaders to evaluate the financial viability of internal product development versus strategic commercial partnerships, joint ventures, and ecosystem deals.
- People Management: 2+ years of direct people management experience, with a proven track record of developing, mentoring, and retaining high-performing analytical talent.
- Master of Financial Modeling: Exceptional ability to build complex, scalable, and intuitive risk-adjusted financial models from scratch to evaluate partnerships, macro trends, and multi-year scenarios (ideally has utilized different AI tools in financial modeling).
- Cross-Functional & Subsidiary Collaboration: Proven ability to work across decentralized business units, cross-functional strategy teams, or corporate subsidiaries to gather intelligence and build alignment.
- Along with thousands of volunteer contributors and collaborators all over the world, Mozillians design, build, and distribute open-source software that enables people to enjoy the internet on their terms.
- Collaborate with Strategy and Product leaders to evaluate the financial viability of internal product development versus strategic commercial partnerships, joint ventures, and ecosystem deals.

Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business)
- MBA or CFA charter is a strong plus.

- Strong command of strategic frameworks, market sizing methodologies (TAM/SAM/SOM), and corporate/portfolio management practices.

- $217,000 - $289,000 USD
- $199,000 - $266,000 USD
- $184,000 - $245,000 USD
