About the role

  • We are looking for an experienced, high-energy Field Marketing Manager to join the Field Marketing team in North America.
  • You will get to work on a variety of events from large sponsored third party events, small roundtables, to seminars.
  • We are continually aiming to evolve and improve the events we run, and your feedback will be vital to the continued development of the program.

Responsibilities

  • You will need to leverage your expertise to manage and execute the event and ABM program in order to maximize the return on the investments made.
  • Manage event logistics including (but not limited to) venue selection, swag, prize draws and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop compelling event collateral, including signage, handouts, and social media assets.
  • Manage the relationship with our event related vendors, such as the swag vendor.
  • Partner with the SDR team to ensure reps are fully briefed and prepared to follow up effectively and maximize ROI.
  • Own program spend and campaign ROI reporting, regularly sharing results and recommendations with the broader marketing team.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), and event management platforms.

Skills

  • A demonstrated practice of integrating AI tools into your daily workflow to improve speed, quality, and decision-making.

Compensation

  • The annual anticipated base salary range for U.S. candidates for this role is listed in USD below.

  • $85,000 - $125,000 USD
