About the role
- A Brief Overview Accountable for providing efficient and effective guidance and broad supervision of all staff in the Environmental Services department.

Responsibilities
- Participates in staff assignments as needed to maintain efficiency within the department and of building structure and grounds.
- Coordinates the scheduling process and maintains appropriate staffing levels to maximize departmental efficiency.
- Maintains competence in order to serve as a resource to the staff.

Requirements
- Assists with the collection and management of records as needed by the Quality Improvement Department, OSHA, MDH guidelines and other regulatory agencies or as may be required by law.
- The individual must be able to work the hours specified.

- Technical Certificate Vocational certificate/degree in building maintenance or a building trade
