Responsibilities

  • Our dedicated team collaborates with families to ensure academic, social, and emotional growth, preparing students for success beyond the classroom.

  • This role blends relationship-building, attention to detail, and a results-driven mindset to lead families through the admissions process with empathy and precision.
  • Manage and maintain accurate, enter all inquiry and referral data in timely and complete client records including (Database) CRM system.
  • Conduct outreach campaigns to generate new leads and partnerships aligned with Gersh's admissions goals.

Requirements

  • Highly developed verbal and written communication skills Bachelor's Degree Preferred Candidate must be detail orientated, and comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation

  • Consistently meet and/or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual minimum enrollment goals.

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key referral sources, including attorneys, medical professionals, and community organizations.
  • Be knowledgeable about, and be able to guide parents through, the legal and tuition funding process Work in partnership with admissions team, Corporate Management, and school leadership.
  • Qualifications Direct experience in an admissions role within an educational setting-ideally in a private school, special education program, or therapeutic school environment.
